Capability Assessment
We visit your facility or conduct a detailed capability review to understand your product range, process capabilities, certifications and capacity.
Approved Vendor Listing
Qualified manufacturers are added to our approved vendor list for relevant product categories. This is the basis for receiving RFQs from us.
RFQ Submission
When a buyer enquiry matches your capability, we share the RFQ with drawings and specifications. You submit your offer directly to us.
Order Placement
On buyer approval, we place a purchase order with agreed terms, delivery schedule and quality requirements.
Production & Inspection
We coordinate inspection milestones, TPI visits and documentation review during production. You receive clear guidance on hold and witness points.
Dispatch & Payment
Dispatch is cleared on satisfactory inspection. Payment terms are agreed at order stage and honoured on documentation submission.
